Shipping Policy

Because most DB pieces are made to order, timelines depend on the style, customisations and current studio queue. We confirm your personal estimate before you pay.

Production time

• Standard pieces in stock: 1–3 business days to dispatch.
• Made-to-order pieces: 7–14 business days to dispatch.
• Customised pieces (logo, custom colour, special finish): 2–4 weeks.

Delivery

• Domestic tracked: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International tracked: typically 5–14 business days after dispatch.
• Express options are available on request for competition deadlines.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated based on destination and weight, and confirmed in your order conversation before payment. Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $249.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and not included in your order total.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, message us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We can't take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses supplied at the time of order.
