We want you to love your DB pieces. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of make-up, deodorant or perfume marks.
Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details and a short note on the reason. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please do not send items back before we've confirmed.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or we made a mistake.
Prefer a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange where stock allows. If the replacement is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit — your choice.
If your piece arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a repair, replacement or full refund.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund parcels that don't reach us.
